Unilever Brasil Ltda. seeks a FIIT Engineer to lead focused improvement initiatives in the process area, delivering improvements and savings while guiding change management for deployment of new innovations, materials and recipes.

The role uses UMS, FI, QA and related pillar methods to counter losses, stabilize mixing equipment, and train line teams, with a focus on end-to-end supply chain impact and continuous improvement culture.

Qualificações

• Experience applying Focused Improvement and UMS tools and KPI analysis.
• Ability to train operators on technical standards and continuous improvement.
• Strong collaboration with cross functional teams to sustain improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Leads focused improvement projects and eliminates waste and losses on the line.
• Designs technical standards and trains line crews on stability and best practices.
• Coordinates with cross functional teams to standardize operations and sustain gains.
• Leads risk assessments, pre-trial checks, and post-launch reviews for process changes.
