Job summary

Unilever Philippines in General Trias, Cavite seeks an FIIT Engineer to drive focused improvement and innovations in the process area. You will lead change management for new technologies, recipes, and material transitions, while coaching line operators and ensuring process stability.

The role emphasizes eliminating losses, improving OLE, and establishing Basic Condition Standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and train semi-autonomous line teams for ongoing performance gains.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving and coaching skills.
• Experience with mixing processes and manufacturing safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead focused improvement projects to eliminate losses and improve line stability.
• Train line crews on technical standards and basic condition restoration.
• Develop technical standards and transfer know-how to operators.
• Design P&ID and manage mixer recipe changes for batch efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions and standardize operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and post-launch reviews for process projects.
