Job summary

Hindustan Unilever Limited in the Philippines seeks a FIIT Engineer to drive focused improvement, innovations and technology in the processing area. You will lead change management for new innovations, material transitions, and recipe changes while coaching line teams to adopt new standards.

You will apply UMS methods, design standards, and Kaizen delivery to reduce losses and improve OEE, working closely with production and engineering staff to sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical education.
• Experience with mixing processes and process equipment.
• Knowledge of UMS, FI tools and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Eliminate waste and losses on the production line using pillar tools and methodologies.
• Train line crews on technical standards and restoration of basic conditions.
• Create standards to ensure process stability and sustain improvements.
• Lead Kaizens (Standard, Major, Advanced) and share know-how with operators.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement root-cause actions and standardize operations.
