Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a Process and Instrumentation Engineer to join the Site Engineering Team in Cavite. The role focuses on end-to-end design and delivery of BU capex projects, contributing engineering discipline expertise from concept to handover, OTIF completion, and commissioning.

The candidate will lead Process, E/I, and Automation design for medium/large projects, collaborate across teams, ensure compliance with standards, and manage contractors to meet timelines with zero

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with suitable discipline and 5–10 years of experience in Process Automation and Design.
• Lead processing design/installation and commissioning for medium/large projects.
• Working knowledge of Philippine Engineering Standards and project management basics.
• Cost engineering awareness and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process, E/I and Automation design and execution for medium and large size projects.
• Collaborate with BG/BU engineer, Design Institute, and CM to develop project plans.
• Ensure designs comply with local codes, regulations, and standards.
• Manage the CM consultant and construction contractors; oversee construction progress.
