PCWORX IT Solutions seeks a Solutions and Innovation Lead to drive the development of new IT services, steer solutions architecture, and oversee presales. You will ensure offerings are technically solid, feasible, and commercially viable, while guiding a team in designing customer-centric solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies, reviewing RFPs, and providing governance over costing and proposal quality.
The Solutions and Innovation Lead drives the development of innovative IT service offerings, leads solutions architecture and presales activities, and ensures solutions are technically sound, operationally feasible, and commercially viable.
Lead the innovation and development of new IT services and managed service offerings
Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and business opportunities
Develop service roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies
Lead the Solutions Consulting and Presales team in designing customer‑centric solutions
Review RFPs, RFQs, and customer requirements
Develop solution architectures, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical proposals
Provide governance over solution design, costing, and proposal quality
Support Sales through technical presentations, customer workshops, and strategic engagements
Manage the IT Services Portfolio and ensure service readiness
Drive continuous service improvement and innovation initiatives
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Lead Solutions Architect, or similar leadership role within IT Services
Strong background in managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, service desk, or enterprise IT solutions
Experience in presales, solution design, proposal development, and service portfolio management
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
At least 3–5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect
ITIL Foundation (or higher) - preferred
Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or higher) - preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Lead Solutions Architect, or similar leadership role within IT Services.
Strong background in managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, service desk, or enterprise IT solutions.
Experience in presales, solution design, proposal development, and service portfolio management.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
With at least 3-5 years experience as Solutions Architect
