Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience.
• Proficient with infrastructure (server, storage, network).
• Proficient with Windows and Linux operating systems.

About the role

A Solutions Architect will be skilled at identifying pain points and designing or modifying technical solutions to solve company problems. The solution architect will be deeply involved in daily work across all business units, regularly interacting with both stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural solutions in line with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and constraints.
• Lead technical teams in the implementation of designed solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of solutions.
• Document all architectural solutions and systems.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years' experience
• Knowledgeable on Infrastructure (server, storage, network).
• Knowledgeable on Operating System (Windows and Linux is a must).
• Knowledgeable on Software and Integration solutions (e.g. Backup, Observability and monitoring)
• Proficient in various technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
• Experienced on presales, deployment and post-sales support.
• Can work under pressure and as a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
