Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an Innovation and Process Engineering Officer to support design, evaluation, and implementation of process improvements and innovative solutions across the Branch Banking network. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement and process design, preferably in retail banking.

• Conduct process reviews, mapping, and analysis to identify efficiency gaps.
• Develop and document As-Is and To-Be process flows using standard methodologies.
• Assist in the design and rollout of innovation initiatives, automation solutions, and digital tools for branch operations.
• Gather and analyze operational data to support improvement recommendations and track performance metrics.
• Participate in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting for process reengineering and innovation projects.
