Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an Innovation and Process Engineering Officer to support design, evaluation, and implementation of process improvements and innovative solutions across the Branch Banking network. The role aims to boost operational efficiency, service quality, and adoption of new technologies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement and process design, preferably in retail banking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process reviews, mapping, and analysis to identify efficiency gaps.
• Develop and document As-Is and To-Be process flows using standard methodologies.
• Assist in the design and rollout of innovation initiatives, automation solutions, and digital tools for branch operations.
• Gather and analyze operational data to support improvement recommendations and track performance metrics.
• Participate in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting for process reengineering and innovation projects.
