Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with hydraulics, electrical and mechanical structures of injection molding machines.
• Able to troubleshoot independently.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and overhaul of injection molding machines.
• Capable of repairing auxiliary equipment including robots, chillers and temp controllers.
• Able to read electrical schematics; use measuring tools such as a multimeter and insulation tester.
• Comply with plant safety rules, perform LOTO and safe work practices.
• Maintain maintenance records and manage spare parts requisition and inventory.
• Basic English reading and writing to understand equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspection and preventive maintenance of injection molding machines.
• Perform overhaul and servicing as needed.
• Repair auxiliary equipment: robots, chillers and temperature controllers.
• Read electrical schematics and use measuring tools (multimeter, insulation tester).
• Adhere to safety rules, execute LOTO procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and spare parts inventory.

• Capable of daily inspection, preventive maintenance, and overhaul of injection molding machines.
• Able to repair auxiliary equipment including robots, chillers and mod temperature controllers
• Able to read electrical schematics and use measuring tools such as a multimeter and an insulation tester
• Comply with plant safety rules, perform LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) and safe work practice
• Keep maintenance records, manage spare parts requisition and inventory
• Basic English reading and writing skills to understand equipment manuals
