Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and maintain plastic injection molding machines to meet quality standards.
• Perform mold changes, troubleshoot production issues and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) for consistent output and optimal cycle times.
• Identify and correct production defects or machine malfunctions, and inspect finished parts.
• Keep detailed records of production, maintenance and machine adjustments; ensure clean and safe work environment.

Job Description

• Operates, Set up and maintain the plastic injection molding machine to produce components, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Responsible for Mold changes, troubleshooting for production issues and performing preventive maintenance to maximize the machine efficiency and product quality.
• Support the Team in achieving the OTP's and KPI's
• Setting up, adjusting, and running injection molding machinery based on production requirments and blueprints
• Monitoring machine parameters (temparature,pressure,speed) to ensure consistent production and optimal cycle times
• Identifying and correcting production defects, material issues or machine malfunctions
• Inspecting finished plastic parts or defects and verifying they meet the customer specifications
• Performing, cleaning and repairing machinery and mold tools to prevent downtime.
• Keeping accurate, detailed records of production, maintenance and machine adjustments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures during start up and shutdown
