Job summary

Bigmate Philippines, Inc. is seeking a production operator to set up and operate injection molding machines, install molds, and monitor processes to meet quality specs.

You will work with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams, perform basic preventive maintenance, document output and downtime, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Install and remove molds, dies, and tooling as required.
• Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time.
• Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Inspect finished products for defects, dimensions, and appearance.
• Troubleshoot machine, mold, and production problems.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines and molds.
• Record production output, machine settings, downtime, and quality issues.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and production standards.
• Work with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve issues.
• Minimize material waste and machine downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
