Job summary

Flexo Manufacturing Corp. is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to maintain and support our IT infrastructure, networks, security applications, and hardware. You will deliver technical support to internal users and help ensure stability and security of business operations.

You will work with network and security systems, manage IT assets, coordinate with departments on system requirements, and assist in OS, software deployments, and issue resolution across our Manila site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or Systems Administration.
• Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Infrastructure Analyst to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, network systems, security applications, hardware, and software assets. You will also provide technical support to internal users and help ensure the stability, reliability, and security of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Network & Security Support

• Assist in the administration and maintenance of network and security systems.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network, security, hardware, and software issues.

• Install, configure, and deploy IT equipment and applications.

Hardware & Software Management

• Manage and maintain company IT assets, including hardware and software.

• Support the implementation of network and security applications.

• Coordinate with various departments regarding system enhancements, modifications, and IT requirements.

IT Helpdesk & Technical Support

• Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications.

• Provide technical support through phone, online platforms, messaging applications, and onsite assistance.

• Work closely with other IT team members to resolve daily technical concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 1 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or Systems Administration.

• Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
