Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT experience in infrastructure, information systems or network operations.
• Experience in an IT leadership or managerial role.
• Knowledge of servers, storage, cloud, virtualization, and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless networks and firewalls.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, access controls, encryption and intrusion detection.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA or GDPR.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in team management, vendor coordination and budget management.
