SCALABLE OS CORP. in Manila is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Cybersecurity & Professional Services to oversee 20–30+ concurrent client engagements from kickoff through completion.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver clear updates to clients and executives, and manage timelines, scope, and renewals for recurring engagements. PMP preferred but not required; strong organization and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in IT/cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of experience in IT/cybersecurity services.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or client engagements.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and closure skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 20–30+ concurrent cybersecurity and professional services projects.
• Lead internal and client-facing project kickoffs and coordinate project resources.
• Track project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, and blockers.
• Provide clear and timely project updates to clients, executives, engineers, and account managers.
• Coordinate schedules for penetration tests, tabletop exercises, assessments, and client meetings.
• Monitor contract renewal dates, expirations, and auto-renewal terms for recurring engagements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Translate technical project information and cybersecurity findings into clear, business-friendly communications.
• Develop a working knowledge of cybersecurity services sufficient to manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.

About the role

ScalableOS is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Cybersecurity & Professional Services to join its Project Management Office (PMO). This role will manage a high volume of cybersecurity and professional services engagements from project kickoff through completion. The Project Manager will oversee 20–30+ concurrent client engagements, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, vCISO advisory, tabletop exercises, NIST/CMMC gap assessments, incident response planning, and recurring cybersecurity retainer services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and able to effectively coordinate technical teams, clients, executives, and account managers.

Key responsibilities

About you

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within IT, cybersecurity, technology, or professional services.

• 3+ years of experience working in IT and/or cybersecurity services.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or client engagements.

• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and project closure.

• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Intermediate understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking/documentation tools.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.

• Experience working with cybersecurity or managed security services (preferred).

• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
