Job summary

Seven Seven is seeking a smart, strategic IT Account Manager who can build strong client relationships, manage key accounts, and identify opportunities for business growth. IT sales experience is not required; what matters most is account management experience, excellent communication, and commercial awareness.

You will engage senior leaders and key decision-makers from Ortigas, Pasig, with regular client visits and relationship-building.

• Explore and develop new client relationships and business opportunities.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, business reviews, and commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client delivery and experience.

IT Sales experience is not required. What matters most is strong account management experience, excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to engage senior leaders and key decision-makers.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Account Management experience; does not have to be within IT.
• Smart, strategic, highly personable, and engaging.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong business sense with the ability to identify opportunities and grow accounts.
• IT and/or staffing/recruitment industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig and regularly visit clients for meetings and relationship-building.
