Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in information management, digital project delivery, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience developing and managing information management processes and workflows.
• Experience with governance, data quality, compliance, and information quality management.
• Experience supporting ISO accreditation requirements and compliance with information management standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project information management frameworks, standards, and governance processes.
• Establish and manage information management systems, workflows, and procedures to support project delivery teams.
• Ensure information is structured, maintained, and governed per organisational, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership on information governance, data quality, compliance, and information management best practices.
• Support ISO accreditation requirements and information management controls.
• Manage project information environments and digital collaboration platforms (SharePoint, BIM 360, etc.).
• Collaborate with project teams to establish efficient digital workflows and information exchange.
• Monitor information management performance, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure information accuracy, accessibility, security, and consistency across stakeholders.
• Support digital project delivery initiatives and promote innovation in information management.
• Develop and deliver information management training and user guidance.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve data governance and digital adoption.
