Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Information Management professional in Metro Manila to lead governance, data quality, and information security across project teams. You will manage SharePoint and BIM 360 environments and drive scalable digital workflows.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, ownership, and the ability to deliver compliant information management programs in a complex project setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in information management, digital project delivery or related disciplines.
• Experience developing and maintaining information management processes and workflows.
• Strong experience in governance, data management, compliance, and information quality management.
• Proven experience supporting ISO accreditation requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, BIM 360, and collaboration systems.
• Experience establishing structured workflows and governance across multiple teams.
• Understanding of information lifecycle, metadata, data quality, and information security.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain information management frameworks and governance processes.
• Establish and manage information management systems, workflows, and procedures for project delivery.
• Ensure project information is structured, maintained, and governed per requirements.
• Provide leadership on information governance and data quality best practices.
• Support ISO accreditation standards and related controls.
• Manage project information environments and digital collaboration platforms (SharePoint, BIM 360).
• Collaborate with project teams to build efficient digital workflows and information exchange.
• Monitor information management performance, identify risks, gaps, and improvements.
• Ensure information accuracy, accessibility, security, and consistency across stakeholders.
• Support digital project delivery initiatives and promote information management innovation.
• Develop information management training and user support materials.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve data governance and information quality.
