Job summary

Aurecon is seeking an Information Manager, Project Services, to lead the development and management of information governance, systems, and digital workflows across complex engineering and infrastructure programs. You will work with project leaders and digital delivery specialists to ensure accurate, accessible, and secure project information throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, ISO compliance, and the execution of scalable information management solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in information management, digital project delivery, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience in information governance, data management, compliance, and information quality management.
• Advanced knowledge of digital information management platforms such as SharePoint and BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining information management frameworks, standards, and governance processes.
• Managing information management systems, workflows, and procedures to support project delivery teams.
• Ensuring information is structured, maintained, and governed to meet requirements.
• Providing leadership on information governance, data quality, and compliance best practices.
• Supporting ISO accreditation requirements and information management controls.
• Managing project information environments and collaboration platforms like SharePoint and BIM 360.
• Collaborating with teams to establish efficient digital workflows and information exchange processes.
• Monitoring information management performance and identifying risks and improvement areas.
• Developing and delivering information management training and guidance materials.
