Job summary

You will also train users, communicate status and strategies to customers, and collaborate with global teams within Infor and at customer sites to ensure successful projects.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing problems, and formulating solutions or alternative approaches.
• Experience with business process flows and technical applications.
• Experience working on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and recommend software solutions.
