Brightwave Trading OPC is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to identify, recruit, and manage KOLs and influencers to support branding, marketing, and revenue goals. You will lead end-to-end campaigns, negotiate deals, and collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Product, and Management teams to maximize reach and ROI across digital platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or related role.
• Knowledgeable in e-commerce platforms and trends (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital content and influencer trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Research, identify, and evaluate potential KOLs/influencers whose audience, image, and expertise align with the brand's goals.
• Maintain and expand a network of KOLs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and industry channels.
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and their agencies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all KOL-related communications.
• Develop and execute end-to-end KOL marketing campaigns from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align KOL content with strategies and product launches.
• Develop detailed content briefs and manage timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
• Negotiate compensation, deliverables, and contract terms with KOLs or reps.
• Manage budgets for influencer activities.
• Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using reach, engagement, conversions, sales, and ROI.
• Prepare reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and competitor activities.
• Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
