Job summary

Hepmil Philippines is seeking a motivated account/project management professional to coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing to production.

You will work closely with the account executive, manage creator relations, ensure timely deliverables, and support campaign analysis and reporting. Fresh graduates or 1–2 years in advertising are welcome, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organization and campaign management skills to coordinate influencer projects.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines is required.
• Familiarity with social media campaigns and content production processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer and creator projects to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with account executive from briefing to production stage of campaigns.
• Provide client-facing support as needed.
• Ensure quality of production from creators and campaign objectives are met.
• Maintain rapport with creators for smooth workflows.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations for monthly campaign reports.
• Monitor campaign publishing and coordinate with accounts and finance for timely transactions.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
