Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support influencer and affiliate campaigns for product launches and evergreen programs. You will research and vet influencers, draft outreach, manage timelines, and coordinate shipments while tracking performance and ROI.

You will work with a US-based team, maintain databases, and ensure brand and FTC compliance across all activations. A hybrid role based in Ortigas Pasig, with night shifts, offers growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years in influencer/affiliate marketing or digital campaign support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of influencer/affiliate campaigns for product launches and evergreen programs.
• Research and vet influencers aligned with campaign objectives; maintain influencer/affiliate databases.
• Draft outreach templates, manage follow-ups, and coordinate availability with influencers or talent managers.
• Monitor competitors, trending creators, and affiliate tactics to surface opportunities.
• Support creation of influencer briefs and maintain timelines for content deliverables.
• Coordinate product seeding logistics, including address collection, shipment tracking, and inventory updates.
• Track content from concept to posting and ensure brand guideline compliance.
• Provide regular campaign updates to US team and flag delays or issues proactively.
• Maintain trackers for influencer activity, affiliate participation, and campaign performance.
• Pull reports from TikTok Shop Affiliate Dashboard, Shopify affiliate tools, and platform analytics.
• Contribute to post-campaign recaps with insights on engagement, ROI, and affiliate sales performance.
• Assist with influencer agreements and maintain internal records of usage rights, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure FTC disclosure compliance and brand standards.
• Update gifting logs, intake forms, and campaign folders for organizational accuracy.
• Prepare briefing docs, meeting notes, and reporting decks as needed.
