Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a sales professional to drive valve sales, including own brands and leading industry brands, through proposals, inquiries, quotations, and negotiations.

You will build relationships with industrial end users and distributors, coordinate with internal teams and the Japan Head Office, and manage documentation and payment collection to close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience including planning and execution.
• Valve or industrial sales experience is an advantage.
• Proactive and analytical, with the ability to assess situations and implement improvements.
• Results-oriented with strong sales targets and logical thinking.
• Confident communicator with negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong cross-department collaboration.
• Driver's license and own car for business use.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales of valves including the company's own brands.
• Develop sales through proposals, inquiries, quotations, negotiations, price and terms negotiations, and payment collection.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial end users and distributors; identify opportunities to expand sales.
• Conduct market surveys to identify potential new business areas and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Engineering, Factories and Japan Head Office for smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial documents, including reports and drawings.
• Act as main contact for customer claims and coordinate with relevant divisions to resolve issues promptly.
