Ingersoll Rand plc in Hinoba-an, Philippines, seeks a Sales Incumbent to drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships across OEMs, distributors, and industrial customers.

You will develop new business, execute sales plans, and coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Dispatch to ensure on-time order execution, pricing discipline, and effective post-sale support.

Qualifications

• BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.

Responsabilités

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume, value, margin).
• Execute sales plans aligned with overall business strategy.
• Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to close gaps.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Dispatch teams.
• Maintain accurate sales data in CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Coordinate with dealers / distributors and track their performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts and order pipelines.
• Track order intake, execution status and dispatch commitments.
