Job summary

Philman Commercial Inc. in the Philippines seeks a motivated Sales Executive – Pumps with solid knowledge of pump products to develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate understands flows, heads, and applications and can translate requirements into suitable pump solutions for water, industrial, and building services. You will identify customers, conduct site visits, prepare technical proposals, and present at meetings.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in pump sales, water systems, or mechanical equipment sales.
• Strong technical sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities for pump products and systems.
• Promote and sell centrifugal, submersible, booster, sewage, and industrial pumps and related equipment.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate pump models and configurations.
• Prepare technical proposals and commercial offers.
• Conduct customer visits, site inspections, product presentations, and technical discussions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, dealers, distributors, project companies, and end users.
• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and orders.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Provide customers with product information, technical support, and after-sales assistance.
