Job summary

AESSEAL Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive account development across assigned hubs and key accounts in Canada, focusing on industrial seals, pumps and rotating equipment.

You will build strategic relationships, present technical proposals, and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial sales, knowledge of oil & gas, chemical, mining, and water sectors, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years industrial sales experience in relevant sectors.
• Experience with oil & gas, chemical, pulp and paper, mining, or water/wastewater.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with customers.
• Prepare and present technical sales proposals focusing on AESSEAL value.
• Review inquiries to fully understand specs and requirements.
• Price quotations based on company policies; manage the sales pipeline.
• Present ROI calculations and cost savings for project justifications.
• Coordinate training and support site audits where needed.
• Prospect new customers to generate new business.
