Job summary

CE-Test & Measurement (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their Singapore team. You will develop sales opportunities, manage customer relationships across industrial market segments and promote the company’s test and measuring products with a focus on technical excellence.

You will engage with customers, suppliers and principals to provide tailored solutions, deliver product demonstrations, prepare quotations and contribute to marketing events and product launches.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field with at least 2 years working experience.
• Prior working experience in industrial sales, application knowledge or experience in handling various testing equipment would be an added advantage
• Candidate with driving license and own vehicle an added advantage
• Strong ability to manage customer relationships, expectations, and negotiations across multiple stakeholders
• Disciplined, hardworking with strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skill
• Highly motivated and dynamic professional with self-initiative and sales skills

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop, maintain and grow key accounts within assigned industrial market sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and principals to support long-term business growth.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Monitor sales pipelines, project status and customer activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and projections.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Attend to customer enquiries relating to product applications, technical matters and product quality, working with suppliers and internal teams where required.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of customer activities, opportunities and project status in the Company's system to support effective sales planning and forecasting.
• Develop and execute appropriate action plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Keep abreast of market developments, industry trends, customer requirements and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Maintain a good understanding of the Company's product portfolio, including product features, technical specifications and industrial applications.
• Support and participate in product launches, seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, customer events and other marketing activities.
• Represent the Company professionally and uphold a high standard of customer service in all interactions.
