Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 2+ years in technical sales, account management, or customer support in manufacturing/steel/construction preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/ERP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned client accounts through effective relationship management.
• Conduct client visits and site inspections to identify needs and opportunities.
• Provide technical support on product specifications, applications, and quality concerns.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, QA, Logistics, and other departments to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit sales, technical, and customer-related reports.
