Job summary

A leading industrial company in the Philippines is seeking individuals for a full-time role focusing on sales and customer relationship management. The candidate should possess a technical background and be capable of managing client accounts effectively, ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal applicants will have experience in heavy construction or mining sectors, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office applications. Willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of any business/marketing/technical/engineering-related course.
• Past experience with heavy construction and mining equipment, or skill in technical selling is an advantage.
• With a valid code 2 Driver’s License, and who has driven a car or a 4-wheel vehicle for at least 2 years.
• Vast experience in using MS Office application (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Willing to travel to assigned locations in the Philippines, preferably closer to his/her home base.
• Articulate, and with great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and has problem-solving skills.
• Team Working ability.
• Enthusiastic and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Master and sell innovative products, open sustainable customer accounts.
• Provide comprehensive pre and post-sales support, and conduct product training.
• Build strong client relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and achieve targets.
• Analyze data, resolve issues, and stay updated with industry trends.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to strategic sales plans.
