Dempsey Resource Management Inc. on-site in Cebu is seeking an Industrial Sales professional with a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience to grow our regional accounts.

Responsibilities include analyzing market needs, promoting pumps and related equipment, preparing proposals, and delivering technical presentations to clients at their facilities.

Willingness to travel, including field visits, and having a car is advantageous for this role based in Cebu or Pasig/Cagayan de Oro assignments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering or Technical Courses
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as Industrial Sales
• Willing to travel and field work (own car advantageous)
• Good communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills
• Able to negotiate with and influence others
• Willing to be assigned or relocated to Pasig City, Cebu or Cagayan de Oro

Responsabilités

• Gather and analyze market information related to products and services needed for sales projections and marketing plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities into long-term partnership within the industry
• Calls on prospective clients to promote assigned products and services.
• Reviews customer requirements, including tender documents, plans, layouts, equipment schedules, etc.
• Provide technical solutions and recommendations for pumps, seals, motors, controls, and other related equipment used in manufacturing plants.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and technical evaluations
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, quotation sheets, proposal and tenders based on customer requirements.
• Conduct product and technical presentations.
