Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer for its Industrial segment in North Luzon, ideally based in Pangasinan or Benguet. You will develop sales strategies, engage contractors and industrial clients, and support dealer partners while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, 3+ years in industrial sales, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial or construction markets; power tools or related products is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in construction and industrial segments.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
• Manage and support IC dealer partners.
• Strategy and sales execution to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Dealer management as the main contact for dealers and developing mutually beneficial plans.
• Oversee operations and logistics including inventory, transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and market feedback to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
