Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to support industrial sales in North Luzon, ideally based in Pangasinan or Benguet. You will develop sales strategies, pursue opportunities, and build strong relationships with contractors, dealers, and industrial clients.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial sales, strong technical aptitude, and excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Travel to dealers and customer sites will be necessary; driven self-starter who can work

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
3+ years of sales experience in industrial or construction markets.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate product specifications.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the construction and industrial segments.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Manage and support IC dealer partners.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and targets.
Serve as the main contact for dealers, building long-term relationships.
