• Maintain accurate and updated customer data in CRM systems and generate reports including call logs, weekly activity summaries, and monthly performance analysis.

• Gather market insights on competitor offerings, pricing, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage channel partners effectively and ensure smooth execution of company policies.
