Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is partnering with a multinational pharmaceutical organisation to hire a Field Sales Manager based in Taguig City, Philippines. The role requires leading regional sales operations, driving budget achievement, and executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in field sales with leadership experience, a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales channels, and a degree in business or medical fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related or medical field.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• 5–8 years of field sales experience with leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, expand, and improve sales across drugstores, dispensing doctors, hospitals, clinics, and LGUs.
• Drive regional sales performance by meeting budgets and implementing national strategies.
• Lead field activities with DSM/PMR for visitation to target doctors and drugstore owners.
• Ensure 100% implementation of marketing activities and measure impact on the business.
• Ensure availability of GPI products across all sales channels to prevent prescription losses.
• Conduct regular district and regional business reviews with district managers.
• Manage, develop, and discipline subordinates; participate in hiring and training.
• Coach and mentor staff; participate in succession planning and career development.
• Evaluate performance and guide team members in achieving assigned tasks.
