Job summary

Shakey's Philippines is seeking a Demand and Replenishment Associate to drive planning and inventory for our stores. You will analyze forecasts, translate marketing plans into material requirements, monitor supply, and ensure timely replenishment across multiple product lines and store networks.

This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, and proficiency with forecasting tools and analytics. You should be willing to do field work and coordinate with Logistics, Procurement, and Marketing

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or any 4-year Business Course.
• Open for Fresh Graduates.
• With 2 years experience as buyer or purchaser in a food industry and handled marketing items is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to do field work as may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Analyze forecast data and translate marketing forecasts into material requirements.
• Monitor inventory and prepare monthly/yearly forecasts for replenishment.
• Coordinate with Logistics to minimize expiration and obsolescence.
• Update reports: monthly sales, aging, and inventory reports; monitor BMI usage.

Job description

As Demand and Replenishment Associate you will be in charge of the following:

Demand Planning and Forecasting

• Analyze forecast and products made by Marketing (New campaigns and existing) by checking historical data of related products. Recommend and provide inputs to improve the forecast and including use of appropriate forecasting tools and techniques.
• Translate Marketing’s product forecast to material requirements and as certain additional volume to be purchased.
• Monitor forecasting volume for local and imported materials by ensuring supply and demand schedule and inventories are in place.

Inventory Replenishment

• Review inventory supply and prepare monthly and yearly forecast of materials issuance for replenishment of stocks and for procurement use.
• Collect and analyze past and present replenishment report and provide recommendations to MMD Manager based on sales forecast per group and sales volume for new/re-launched products.
• Monitor inventory of materials in coordination with Logistics to determine items that need to be replenished, revisit inventory modelling and material classification to minimize expiration, obsolescence associated to poor warehousing.

System

• Update and analyze report including monthly sales report for Franchise and Company Owned stores, aging report, imported items report, projected order and inventory report for BMI and usage report for proper monitoring and tracking of supplies.
• Monitor inventory status and ordering/delivery requirements, inventory turnover report and identify non-moving, slow moving and obsolete inventory report to make recommendation to other department such as Marketing and Operations.
