Power Mac Center is seeking a Procurement/Purchasing professional to plan and purchase the company’s supply investments and support cost-saving initiatives. You will anticipate demand changes, determine product specs, and manage supplier relations to ensure timely replenishment and optimal spend.
Qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or SCM, with fresh graduates welcome.
Responsible for planning and purchasing the Company’s supply investments. Supports the development of cost-saving initiatives and purchasing strategies while maintaining strong and professional relationships with suppliers.
Identifies and anticipates demand changes based on actual supply and consumption data.
Determines product quality, quantity, and specifications for goods and services to be procured.
Reviews the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) daily and generates stock-out reports.
Monitors open purchase orders and stock-out reports to ensure timely replenishment.
Analyzes inventory through supply stratification and spend analysis.
Initiates purchase orders for inventory replenishment as required.
Conducts inventory checks and audits across all stores and non-store inventory locations.
Implements cost-reduction initiatives and manages expenses per business supplier.
Ensures all purchase requisitions comply with operational policies and procedures.
Researches, evaluates, and selects suitable suppliers.
Requests quotations and negotiates pricing, terms, and conditions.
Generates and issues purchase orders and secures supplier confirmation.
Monitors and updates purchase orders in the system.
Maintains confidentiality and security of files and databases.
Adheres to all Company policies, procedures, and the Code of Honor.
Upholds and protects the Company’s image and interests at all times.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related courses.
At least six (6) months of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply management. OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES.
Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, and iWork applications.
Fast learner who can work independently.
