Job summary

Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Demand and Replenishment Associate to lead forecasting, inventory planning, and reporting for Franchise and Company Owned stores.

You will translate Marketing forecasts into material requirements, monitor stock levels, coordinate with Logistics, and provide data-driven recommendations to minimize expiration and obsolescence while supporting procurement and replenishment activities.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or any 4-year Business Course.
• Open for FRESH GRADUATES
• With 2 years experience as buyer or purchaser in a food industry and handled marketing items is a plus
• Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Must be willing to do field work as may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Demand Planning and Forecasting: Analyze forecast and products, translate Marketing's forecast to material requirements, monitor forecasting volume for local and imported materials.
• Inventory Replenishment: Review inventory supply, prepare monthly and yearly forecast of materials issuance, monitor inventory with Logistics to minimize expiration and obsolescence.
• System: Update and analyze monthly sales and inventory reports, monitor ordering/delivery requirements, identify non-moving inventory for action.
