Job summary

Vogue Concepts Inc. in Makati seeks an Inventory Planning Analyst to support weekly and monthly reporting, data extraction, and RPRO system operations. You will monitor stock levels, assist promotions, and monitor shipments across brands.

The role requires an Industrial Engineering graduate with strong numerical skills, detail orientation, and effective communication. Fresh grads are welcome; two full-time positions are available in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering graduate
• Exposure to retail set-up is a plus
• Background in inventory planning & experience in a system-based inventory maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail, good with numbers
• Mature and with a good sense of responsibility in handling sensitive information
• With effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in the use of MS Office- must be good in excel and other windows based programs
• With at least 6 months of work experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work in Chino Roces, Makati City
• 2 Full-Time positions available

• In charge of monitoring and summarization of all brands' incoming shipments.
• Handles data extraction for the RPRO system and preparation of reports e.g. actual delivery vs. PO, monthly actual sales turnover, and actual sales results of each brands' promotions
• Assists the Demand Planners in demand forecasting
