Qualifications

Job description

The Supervisor, Supply Chain Demand and Inventory Planning is responsible for optimizing stocks levels while maintaining on shelf availability of subcategory assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improving Service/ Customer Value to always maintain on shelf availability

• Improving Supply Chain processes for efficiency

• Maintaining forecast accuracy level in auto-replenishment and/or any foreign ordering tool for own brand

• Maintaining optimal inventory, achieving stocks weeks cover target, and reducing slow moving stocks better than target

• Driving team performance, coordinating, and executing demand planning activities in accordance to ROS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations

• Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization principles

• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
