Job summary

American Packing Industries (Phils.) Corp. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to manage assigned customer accounts in Metro Manila and nearby areas.

You will regularly visit customers, nurture relationships, and maximize sales opportunities while preparing competitive quotations and driving order conversions. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
• B2B sales experience preferred; industrial sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork.
• Ability to drive a four-wheel vehicle is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit and manage assigned customer accounts to maintain strong business relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and submit competitive quotations and proactively follow up to increase the conversion of quotations into confirmed sales orders.
• Achieve and exceed the assigned monthly sales quota and other sales performance targets.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely Daily Coverage Reports and other required sales reports.
• Assist in the collection of customer receivables and coordinate with concerned departments to resolve collection‑related concerns.
• Gather and provide market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, customer feedback, and competitive products, to the Business Development Manager.
• Immediately report customer‑related issues such as pricing concerns, competitive activities, purchase order discrepancies, delivery rejections, or other non‑compliance matters through a Non‑Compliance Report (NCR) to the Business Development Manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining regular communication and promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures, and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Uphold the professional image and values of the Sales Department in all dealings with customers and business partners.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, quotations, and account status.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Business Development Manager from time to time.
