• To ensure efficiency and profitability of the branch office within the company guidelines.
• To meet branch annual sales quota
• To be constantly aware of market situation, in terms of competition, market and other factors that may affect the success of the company and to report regularly to the Regional Sales Supervisor on these activities.
• To actively encourage and motivate personnel to achieve their best efforts.
• To develop and maintain sound personnel relationships.
• To ensure that the expenditures of the company are kept within company limits.
• To review the status of accounts receivable and comply with QI 2.07.
• To resolve all discrepancies in accounts receivables for all unpaid accounts and submit non-compliance report form for all unresolved items such as discrepancies in purchase order, closure of the customer etc.
• To review stocks inventory and request items from head office carefully. Ensure that QP4.15 is followed by the Warehouseman.
• Fully accountable for assets maintained in branch office to include stocks inventory and all assets of the company and comply with QP 2.05.
• Responsible for approving credit approval on the sales invoice in accordance with QI2.04 and QP 2.04
• Supervise the Sales Representatives and ensure that no customer account is lost and all meet sales quota in accordance with QI QP 3.06 and QI 3.06
• Submit the required documentations to Head office in accordance with QP 2.08 Branch Unit Reports to Head Office.

• To review carefully the disbursement voucher made by the company in accordance with QP 2.01 Receipts and Disbursement Procedure.
• Review the expense report submitted for liquidation in accordance with QP 2.03 Liquidation of Expense for Business Purpose.
• To ensure proper and effective implementation of the organization’s quality management system within the branch office.
• To implement corrective and preventive action(s), when necessary and to ensure that follow up is carried out to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the corrective action in the branch office.
• To report any discrepancies to the Reginal Sales Supervisor using non-compliance report in accordance with QI 1.11
• To handle other matters that may be assigned by the Regional Sales Supervisor from time to time.
