• Key Account Management – able to build and maintain strong relationships with plant managers, engineering, maintenance, procurement, purchasing, and other key decision-makers.
• Team Building & Training – capable of recruiting, developing, coaching, and managing a sales team to achieve targets.
• Sales Planning & Forecasting – skilled in creating schedules, calendars, sales plans, pipelines, and accurate sales forecasts.
• Leadership & Accountability – can establish clear targets, monitor performance, and drive the team toward measurable sales results.
• Professional & Presentable – confident, articulate, organized, and capable of representing the company professionally in meetings with clients and senior decision-makers.
• Negotiation & Closing – strong ability to negotiate, present solutions, handle objections, and convert opportunities into actual sales.
• Industrial Mindset – willing and capable of understanding technical products, industrial applications, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
