Job summary

McKupler Inc. is a field-based, full-time role covering a defined sales territory in the Industrial Lubricants and Commercial Vehicle Lubricants sectors in the Philippines.

You will prospect, open new accounts, and build a pipeline from the ground up while maintaining and expanding existing accounts. You will be backed by a technical engineering team and world-class brands, enabling effective door-to-door customer engagements and complex account handling.

Qualifications

• Business or engineering degree required.
• At least 2–3 years of B2B field sales experience in industrial, commercial or technical products.
• Proven account development skills and comfort with digital/AI productivity tools in daily sales.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined sales territory in Industrial Lubricants and Commercial Vehicle Lubricants.
• Prospect, open new accounts, and grow a pipeline from the ground up.
• Manage and deepen existing accounts with the support of a technical engineering team.
