Job summary

Hytech Consulting Management is seeking an Indonesian bilingual Customer Service Representative in Metro Manila to support clients via live chat and email. You will handle inquiries, verify documents, and document requests using our CRM, escalating complex issues when needed.

You will collaborate with internal teams, review client-submitted documents, and prepare reports with attention to detail, aiming for accuracy and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of Indonesian, both written and spoken; strong English communication.
• Prior customer service or support experience is preferred.
• Experience in finance, fintech, trading, or IT is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via live chat and email in Indonesian and English.
• Provide accurate, timely resolutions while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Process and document client requests using the company’s CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to specialists via Zendesk, Freshworks, or other platforms.
• Keep clients informed on the status and resolution of their requests.
• Verify and review documents submitted by clients for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare, review, and interpret reports with high detail and accuracy.
• Develop understanding of products, services, and internal processes through training.
• Meet individual and team KPI targets set by the Customer Support Manager.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
