Job summary

Hytech is seeking a dynamic, bilingual professional to support our day-to-day operations and project execution in Indonesia. This role reports to the Project Lead and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements include fluency in Tagalog and Mandarin (written and spoken), a proactive attitude, and strong cross-functional coordination. English is a bonus, and a background in law or compliance is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Lead in executing local projects and providing operational support.

• Support localization efforts and troubleshoot operational challenges to ensure compliance and efficiency.
