Job summary

Crown Cloud AI Limited is seeking an organised Operations Manager to coordinate the India operations and align day-to-day administration with the UK leadership team.

The role will oversee staffing, reporting, internal processes and coordination between India and the United Kingdom, ensuring security and confidentiality across systems. This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract with potential continuation based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations, office management or similar experience.
• Experience managing employees, workflows, records and internal processes.
• Strong organisational, planning, reporting and people-management skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace and related tools.
• Ability to coordinate with remote UK stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Crown Cloud AI's India team.
• Coordinate staff allocation, attendance, timesheets, leave, schedules and capacity with leaders.
• Maintain policies, records, trackers and management reports.
• Coordinate recruitment administration, onboarding, induction, performance reviews and offboarding.
• Monitor compliance with processes, security and documentation standards.
• Organise meetings, record actions and follow up on deliverables.
• Coordinate invoices, expenses and supplier records with finance support.
• Report risks, capacity issues and improvement opportunities to UK leadership.
