Job summary

State Street in Manila is seeking an Income COE Officer to support Client Operations and Shared Service teams by monitoring and processing custody, accounting, and middle office events in fund records. You will lead process improvements, manage resources, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across executives to ensure precise, timely results.

The role requires deep knowledge of income cycles, fund accounting, and related regulations, with 10–16 years in accounting/finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Economics with a finance specialization.
• 10–16 years in accounting/finance operations, mutual fund operations, loan servicing or related careers.

Responsibilities

• Process optimization: identify and implement improvements to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Resource management: manage resources (people, budget, technology) effectively to achieve operational objectives.
• Performance monitoring: track KPIs and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Team leadership: lead and develop a team of managers and staff within the operations department.
• Collaboration: work with other executive teams to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization.
• Quality control: ensure that the company’s operations deliver high-quality products or services that meet customer needs.
• Risk management: identify and mitigate potential operational risks.
• Deep knowledge of Income and Corporate Actions: understanding end-to-end income cycle, fund accounting, amortization, dividends, entitlement calculations, and related regulations.
