Job summary

State Street Manila is seeking a seasoned analyst to oversee the Alpha Portfolio Services operations, ensuring accurate end-to-end data delivery for clients and internal teams. You will manage risk controls, verify staff output, and drive process improvements across IBOR application and data warehouse interfaces.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, training, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and operations to sustain high service levels and timely client reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics or equivalent work experience in finance or accounting.
• 5+ years related industry experience including operational experience.
• Strong MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent English written and spoken ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day responsibilities of the team, ensuring risk management and data accuracy.
• Review staff work daily, enforcing procedures and controls.
• Assist in review and verification processes and documentation.
• Interface with clients and internal departments on complex matters.
• Engage in ad-hoc reporting and client onboarding projects.
