Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking an Incentives Management Support Officer to design, administer, and execute incentive and recognition programs that drive performance, productivity, and engagement.

You will coordinate communications, payouts, reporting, and events, partnering with Finance, HR, and business units to ensure timely and accurate program delivery and meaningful recognition across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years in employee engagement, rewards and recognition, project management, marketing, communications, and event/campaign execution.
• 2-4 years in reporting, data analysis, budget monitoring, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and administering the Bank's incentives and awards programs, including development of mechanics, eligibility criteria, and operational processes with partners and business units.
• Monitor incentive payouts, validate production data, monitor budgets, reconcile and report with Finance, HR and stakeholders for timely processing.
• Prepare management reports and analyses on program performance, participation, budget utilization, and incentive effectiveness, suggesting improvements.
• Plan and execute recognition initiatives, including employee events and award ceremonies, reinforcing performance excellence and engagement.
• Develop and implement communications and engagement plans to promote incentive programs and drive participation across the organization.
