Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related fields.
• 3–5 years in employee engagement, rewards and recognition, project management.
• 2–4 years in reporting, data analysis, budget monitoring and reconciliation.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management and administration of Incentives and Awards Programs, including developing mechanics, eligibility criteria and processes with product partners and business units.
• Monitor incentive payouts, including validation of data, budget monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with finance and HR.
• Prepare management reports and analyses on program performance, participation, budget utilization, and effectiveness; recommend improvements.
• Plan and execute recognition and awards initiatives, including employee recognition events and award ceremonies.
• Develop and implement communication and engagement plans to promote incentive programs and drive participation.
